1. Add Your Customer’s Info.
To send out invitations to your customers for them to leave you a review our system only requires their name, cell number, and email address. Once added our system starts the process and follows up as needed to ensure you get the most reviews possible.
2. Your Customer Gets Sent an Invitation
Your customer may receive the invitation via their email inbox or as a text message on their phone. The message asks about their experience with your service and the manner in which this is asked can be customized based on your preferences.
3a. Positive Responses
When a favorable response is given the customer is asked if they would leave a review on sites such as Google, Facebook etc. Based on your industry you are able to customize which sites options are presented.
3b. Negative Responses
When your customer leaves a less than favorable response our system asks how your business can improve to better serve them via a feedback form above the review site options.
4. Celebrate Your New Review
Our system makes it quick and easy for your customers to leave their review by presenting them directly with the review form for the site you choose such as Google etc.
